A full hour mindful Yin yoga detoxifying sequence. We will open the inner thighs & side of the body with deep stretches & reflective long holds for a full embodied cleansing practice, whilst also releasing emotional & mental stress that you may be holding within the body, particularly related to anger & resentment as we stimulate both the Liver & Gallbladder meridians.
Suitable for all levels of experience, variations are offered for all abilities & skeletal structures. Have your blocks, bolsters, or just cushions/pillows ready, a blanket or towel to pad your knees.
