Management issues are often a priority for most business executives.  Examples of questions on the minds of these executives include:  “Where can I find management talent to run the company?” or “Is there someone already working for the company who can be developed as a manager?” In short, business executives need management talent to run their organizations effectively, but this talent can be hard to find.
