I’m Dmitri Bilezki, an international mental health professional. After seeing thousands of patients with light to severe mental illness. I found and was able to summarise the basics of well-being which most people are not following through and not receiving the results they are looking for.

People may go to therapists for many years and not get much further.

Or people never stop having health problems, or they feel miserable even after achieving big life goals. Still, not a lot is changing. And they are not clear why.
