A life coach is a professional who helps individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. Life coaches support clients to discover their potential, set goals, overcome obstacles and create the life they want. In this process, coaches often help clients to increase their self-awareness, recognize their strengths and improve their weaknesses. Life coaches also provide a supportive environment to increase clients’ motivation and accountability.
