Such tiny behaviors & beliefs eventually lead to self-fulfilling prophecy – abandonment!

Maybe in your past everyone you loved got separated from you. This might make you feel unimportant and unloved. Therefore you may ask yourself, am I not lovable? Is there anything wrong with me? Why does everyone I love leave me?

You put every effort to not upset them and try to be perfect. You take all responsibility. Maybe you even try to impress or please them. But eventually they leave you. Why is this happening? This is a self-fulfilling prophecy.
