Description
Hi there!
Welcome to the Agile Planning & Estimating course! In this course, we will briefly talk about the different Agile planning levels and describe which techniques you can use to optimize your planning process at each of these levels.
We start slowly by explaining the differences between the Agile and Waterfall approaches. We talk about the golden triangles, the project life cycle, and how both of these approaches mitigate project risks. It is very important to understand how these two approaches differ and why is some cases it is better to use one of them, instead of another.
Then we describe the Agile Planning Onion framework that describes all planning levels in the organization. We will do a deep dive into Release Planning, Sprint Planning and Daily. We talk about various techniques Agile project managers can use to plan, prioritse and estimate their projects at each of these levels.
Moreover, at the end of this course you will find a very cool e-book that summarises what we have learnt in this course. This e-book contains a lot of visuals that will help you understand techniques project managers can use at each of the planning levels.
I am sure you will learn a lot of cool stuff here!
Best regards,
Kamil
