Become a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) ~Ā Prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. This online Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training offers a balanced mix of theory and practical curriculum, providing you with valuable knowledge and tools to teach yoga to pregnant students safely and confidently. Support parents-to-be through the challenging and magical experience of bringing a new life into the world. Prenatal Yoga classes are a place for pregnant students to find the community, comfort, strength, and self-empowerment that is so needed during this unique and vulnerable time. Help parents-to-be and babies get a head-start on health and happiness by being a part of their unforgettable journey. This program prepares you to teach safe, creative, fun, and inspiring classes. Confidently modify postures and design sequences for parents-to-be in every trimester of pregnancy.

IMPORTANT: The course is divided into 2Ā PARTS, and you are required to complete both parts, successfully, to be eligible for the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Certificate (RPYT). The combined parts will provide you with the foundation and skill set to confidently and safely teach Prenatal Yoga.

NOTE: In order to complete the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training certification, you will be required to access 4 LIVE sessions via our studio platform. It is 4 live sessions, total, for both parts. These sessions are ongoing, weekly. If you cannot make it one week, thatā€™s ok, you can join another week.Ā  Inside the course, we provide you with a full calendar of live events, and you can choose events that suit your schedule.Ā  As Yoga is about ethics and integrity, we expect students to responsible for their attendance. Cost 39 (thirty-nine) dollars.

  • All certificates are issued by UDEMY.Ā  With your UDEMYĀ certificate, this course can be added to your Yoga Alliance profile. It qualifies for 45 hours of Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (contact hour) credits. Instructions will be provided at the end of the program on how to add these to your profile. However, if a student would like to receive a certificate from the school, they can apply for this at the end of the program.Ā  There is an administration fee of 35 (thirty-five) dollars.Ā  This is optional and not required.

For students wanting full certification as a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher:

  • If you wish to receive the official school certificate, upon successful completion of Parts 1 & 2, you will be instructed on how to request this from the school at the end of Part 2.Ā  You do not need to request any certificates until then.Ā  The fee associated with this request is 65 (sixty-five) dollars. The fee is for the verification process and the creation of the official certificate.Ā  You will use this certificate to register with Yoga Alliance and/or the Global Online Yoga Association.
